Returns and Refunds Policy
Your right to cancel:
At Tigerlily, we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you purchase from Tigerlily then please notify us by letter or email and return your purchase within 14 working days of receipt for a full, no quibble, refund, including your initial postage and packaging cost. You must take reasonable care of your purchase and return the item(s) in a sellable condition.
Return postage is payable by the buyer. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and use ‘Royal Mail Recorded Signed For’ service. Items to be returned should be sent to:

Refunds will not be processed until we have taken delivery of your order. Returns forms must be requested by email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning goods, or your refund may be delayed.
Refunds will be processed to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order being returned and received by us, provided goods are received in original sellable condition. Please retain tracking information on returned items. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days upon receipt of your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations. Bespoke and customized items are, however, an exception unless faulty or damaged, in which case they will then be refunded including postage and packing costs.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the data protection Act 1998. Contact details enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we will not pass these details to any third parties.
